Electric lock that, upon receiving an electrical signal, releases the lever and the double-action latch. The door can then be opened by pushing or pulling. The lock can always be opened with the inside handle. Outside shooter is always advised.
This motorized lock is connected to its own control unit.

- Momentary: The lever can be adjusted to stay within the lock for between 2 and up to 15 seconds.
- Continuous: The lever can be adjusted to stay inside the lock, as long as the electrical control is on.
