Simple ventilation is used for doors for doors with small opening size and there is not enough space for double grills.
There are 4 ventilation options:
1- Just upper part
2- Just bottom part
3- Upper and bottom
4- Maximum ventilation
Our ventilation grill is recessed inwards. The standard embossing is a surface 200x251.
The double louvers are the most common ones. There are 4 options:
1- Upper louvers
2- Bottom louvers
3- Both - upper and bottom louvers
4- Maximum dimensions louvers
Our ventillation is an inward embedded grid. The standardized louvers are composed of 8 slats contained on a 200 x 251 rectangular area.
The maximum dimensions louvers allow that the doorleaf is almost entirely covered by the ventillation.
There are 2 options for this solution:
1- Simple maximum louvers
2- Double maximum louvers
When the doorleaf is too narrow to permit the standardized louvers or in case customers seek for another aesthetic we suggest to make a hole in the door which is completed by two covers. The usual covers´ dimensions are 150 x 150 and 300 x 150.
This option consists on making grilles on a separate steel sheet which is afterwards screwed to a doorleaf covering a hole previously made on it.
The slats are placed outward.
This option permets making ventillation on stainless steel sheet and to add grilles to kickplates.
