The new giant, result of union between Fenwichk & Iribarren and Serrano Suñer studios, decided to choose the security of Andreu fire rated doors. Torre Caleido has been conceived in the heart of Madrid with it´s 181 meters and 38 floors. The building inverted T shape like has clairly the purpose of dominate Madrid skyline.

With design thought to satisfy the most demanding security and prevention requirements, Torre Caleido is endowed with two essentials features regarding this aspect: evacuation elevators in case of emergency, an important milestone, and Fire rated Andreu doors compliant with current legislation.

The new skyscraper has estimated capacity for 28.000 people in the area of Instituto de Empre Campus, 13.000m2 of commercial space, 70 restaurants, Sport Medicine Center with 12.000m2 zone, parking place with capacity for 2.000 vehicles and two green areas with 7.000m2.

Andreu has been choosen again by important construction and architectural firms as the manufacturer of steel doors for this exhilarating and chalenging project.
