On Wednesday, March 26, the Antonio Cabeza Auditorium in Paterna hosted the presentation of the book ‹‹ Vicente Andreu Bort: Un hombre hecho a sí mismo ››, a biography that chronicles the life and legacy of the founder of the company Andreu Barberá, S.L. An emotional event that brought together over 400 people, including family, friends, neighbours, collaborators, and local dignitaries.

During the event, several speeches were delivered by Vicente\'s close associates, highlighting not only his human qualities, commitment to work and to his city, and the achievements that marked his life, but also the fundamental role played by his wife, Fina Barberá Albiach, throughout his life. It was a sincere and heartfelt tribute to both of them.

One of the most touching moments of the evening was led by their granddaughters, Julia and Ana, who delivered a dialogue filled with emotion and admiration for their grandparents. They concluded their speech by presenting a bouquet of flowers to Fina as a symbol of gratitude and love, which prompted one of the most intense rounds of applause of the evening, reflecting the shared affection and admiration of all present.

The Mayor of Paterna, Juan Antonio Sagredo, managed to arrive in time from Madrid to close the event with an emotional speech, putting the finishing touch on an evening full of memories and recognition.

At the end, a wine reception was held, and a copy of the book was given to all attendees. Given the excellent reception, the family has decided to launch a new edition.

On behalf of the Andreu Barberá family and company, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who joined and participated in this special tribute. We especially want to thank the Ateneo Cultural de Paterna for their involvement and collaboration in organizing the event, and the Paterna City Council for providing all their resources and assisting us in every way needed.

The memory and legacy of Vicente and Fina remain very much alive among all of us.
