Andreu Barberá S.L., door manufacturer of Paterna (Spain), has donated, to the City Council, 9000 units of personal protective equipment (PPE): FFP1 & FFP2 masks, safety goggles and disposable protective coverall.

Andreu Barberá supports ASIVALCO in the fight against #covid19. Our Purchasing Dpt stepped up their contacts in Asia in search of personal protective equipments. It was a complicated task, although eventually it was achieved the purchase of 9000 PPE: FFP1 & FFP2 masks, safety goggles and disposable protective coverall.

With this donation, Andreu, a family-own company establish in Fuente del Jarro industrial estate, has helped the City Council in the protection of people, particularly exposed to Covid-19, such as local police, civil defence, personnel of caring homes, traders, employees of Gespa (public corporation), or of health care centres.

Mr Juan Antonio Sagredo, Major of Paterna, together with Mr José Manuel Mora, Deputy Major, thanked Mr Alejandro Andreu, production manager and CEO, and Mr Alberto Talavera, purchasing manager (on behalf of the company), for this gesture of solidarity that will help the fight against this pandemic. Last year Andreu Barberá S.L. was awarded with Gold Badge of Paterna, for his lengthy business career within the municipality.
